Develop innovative practices and supervise assigned personnel. **People And Growth is seeking an Injection Process Engineer in Silao de la Victoria, Guanajuato** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are seeking a Plastic Injection Process Engineer for a global company located at Puerto Interior, Silao. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform corrective adjustments to the injection process to improve performance and meet daily targets. * Maintain order and cleanliness to facilitate operations and minimize accident risks. * Conduct inspections at each startup to ensure product quality for every press startup. * Monitor efficiency, cavity closure percentage, and scrap rate to ensure optimal departmental performance. * Make on-site decisions to resolve various issues and achieve targets. * Perform checklists for general press inspection to ensure optimal operating conditions. * Perform color changes, clean presses and peripherals, and be highly efficient in reducing scrap kilograms generated under the production plan. * Reset alarms to ensure production targets are met. * Label scrap to track the percentage generated. * Complete required forms and perform cavity closure adjustments on presses. * Develop and improve practices, routines, and innovative solutions to enhance production indices and product quality. * Maintain timely logbook entries and update the production management system. * Supervise, motivate, and develop assigned personnel to ensure achievement of departmental goals. **Requirements** * Industrial Engineering or related field. * 2 years of experience in manufacturing processes (experience in injection areas preferred). * Knowledge of plastic injection processes. * Knowledge of production systems. * Industrial engineering and continuous improvement. * Basic maintenance knowledge. * Quality knowledge. * Problem-solving skills. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Planning and organization. * Personnel management. * Results-oriented. **Additional Information** * Location: Puerto Interior, Silao, Gto. * Salary: $17,000–$20,000 gross monthly plus above-legal benefits: SGMM, Life Insurance, Grocery Vouchers, Above-Legal Christmas Bonus, Above-Legal Vacation Bonus, Subsidized Cafeteria, Savings Fund. * Shift rotation: 6 working days (2 morning, 2 afternoon, 2 night) × 2 rest days **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s Degree — Graduated **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-Level **Departmental Function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Manufacturing, Consumer Goods *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a0746e43700004b0085e585\&source\=indeed*
