**What We’re Looking For**
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience as: Network Engineer, Network Consultant, Network Analyst, Security Analyst, Network and Security Consultant, Network Help Desk, Security and Network Service Desk, NOC Engineer, NOC Consultant, NOC/SOC Analyst, Infrastructure Analyst.
* Availability to support customers and incidents, with a service-oriented mindset. First-level support experience required; second-level support is preferred.
* Ticket management via ticketing platforms such as BMZ, Aranda, Zendesk, Ivanti, etc.
* Two years of experience administering, maintaining, configuring, and monitoring LAN, WLAN, WAN, SD-WAN, mesh networks, network controllers, access points, switches — especially troubleshooting.
* Experience with equipment from TP\-Link, Asus, Cisco, Netgear, Linksys, Ruckus, Ubiquiti, Aruba, etc.
* Two years of experience in unified network monitoring, inventory control, and reporting on usage, traffic, etc. Familiarity with tools including: Ruckus (Network Director, SmartZone, SmartCell Insight [SCI]), Aruba Central HPE, SolarWinds Observability, Datadog Network Monitoring, Paessler PRTG Network Monitor, LogicMonitor, ManageEngine, Gigamon, Riverbed, etc.
* Knowledge of telephony or Unified Communications solutions/services such as Cisco, Avaya, Genesys, Mitel, Grandstream, etc.
* Desired: knowledge of Windows and Linux servers.
* Basic understanding of root cause analysis and ITIL.
