




### **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste. * Develop and update procedures, flowcharts, and process sheets. * Implement continuous improvement tools (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma). * Coordinate pilot tests and validations of new processes or equipment. * Collaborate with all departments to resolve technical issues. * Monitor key performance indicators (OEE, scrap, cycle times, etc.). ### **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Process Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in production or continuous improvement areas. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies, time and motion analysis. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, advanced Excel, and statistical tools (desirable). * Ability to document processes and work in a team. ### **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory and additional benefits. * Opportunities for professional development. * Excellent working environment.
