We are a dynamic Mexican company actively seeking talent. **Requirements:** · Education: Technical or university degree in technical drawing, architecture, engineering, or related fields. · Minimum 2 years’ experience as a CAD Drafter. · Knowledge of technical and construction standards. · Experience preparing hydrosanitary, PCI (Fire Protection), stormwater drainage, and other types of drawings. · Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications. · Residence within a maximum 40-minute commute. · Willingness to travel. **Knowledge/Skills:** · Proficiency in Excel. · Proficiency in AutoCAD. · Proficiency in AutoCAD 3D. · Knowledge of Revit. · Knowledge of SketchUp (essential). · Knowledge of materials and their various applications. · Knowledge of local standards (NTC). · Ability to conduct field surveys. · Preparation of as-built isometrics for projects. · Ability to interpret detailed drawings. **Position Competencies:** · Planning. · Strategic thinking. · Analytical ability. · Working under pressure. · Responsibility. · Organization. · Results orientation. · Assertive oral communication. · Teamwork. · Attention to detail. · Problem-solving. · Proactivity. · Creativity. · Punctuality. **Activities / Responsibilities:** · Review project drawings and specifications. · Design in accordance with the construction code standards of the respective jurisdictions where the project is executed, and comply with technical drawing standards when preparing drawings. · Adhere to industry standards and technical drawing standards in drawing creation. · Support implementation of tools and methodologies for process optimization. · Collaborate with the Cost Department in developing and updating the concept catalog database. · Apply specialized software such as SketchUp and AutoCAD 3D to generate 3D designs, aiming for more accurate and detailed project representation. · Participate in planning meetings to understand project design requirements. **We Offer:** · Statutory Benefits (IMSS, Vacation, Vacation Bonus, Year-End Bonus). · Salary: $ 14,000\.00 net per month. · Direct employment by the company. · Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 am to 18:00 pm. **Location: Calzada Cuautepec mz.6 lt.35 Col.
