We seek a detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant with excellent interpersonal skills. The candidate will be responsible for supporting payroll processes, organizational culture initiatives, and internal policy compliance, working closely with Operations, Accounting, Marketing, Training, and Legal departments. Responsibilities * Register and validate payroll incidents, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. * Assist employees with clarifications, certifications, and administrative services. * Coordinate corporate culture, workplace climate, and employer branding activities. * Support logistics for internal events and internal communication campaigns. * Monitor compliance with the Code of Ethics, dress code, and internal guidelines. * Participate in disciplinary procedures and preparation of administrative reports. * Maintain up-to-date and well-organized records. Requirements * High school diploma with technical training in HR/Administration, Industrial Engineering, or incomplete/completed bachelor’s degree in HR, Administration, or related field. * 1 year of experience in HR, payroll, or personnel administration. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Basic knowledge of labor legislation. * Excellent communication, organizational, and internal customer service skills.
