Job Summary: We are seeking a Houseboy for a private residence responsible for maintenance and cleaning of common areas, gardens, and pet care—including walking pets. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive maintenance and cleaning of common areas and exteriors. 2. Pet care and walking. 3. Occasional assistance with basic plumbing, electrical, and masonry tasks. IMPORTANT: COMPANY IS HIRING FOR A PRIVATE RESIDENCE: HOUSEBOY Education: Minimum completed secondary school Job Mission: Maintain common areas, gardens, pets, pet cleaning, exterior house cleaning, window cleaning, and roof garden cleaning in optimal condition. Experience: 2 years as: * Garden and patio cleaning duties. * Experience living with dogs. * Exterior cleaning. * Glass cleaning. * Dog walking. * Occasional support in basic plumbing, electrical, and masonry matters. Salary: $12,000 gross monthly. Work Location: LOMAS DE CHAPULTEPEC / CDMX Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 hrs.; Saturday, 08:00–15:00 hrs.
