




Job Summary: We are seeking a Groups and Events Executive to lead the prospecting, management, and follow-up of corporate, social, and educational events, ensuring an exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execute prospecting and event closing strategies 2. Manage event logistics and post-sales follow-up 3. Join our team as a ***GROUPS AND EVENTS EXECUTIVE***. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Executing active prospecting and closing strategies for corporate, social, and educational events. * Responding to inquiries via email, phone, and in-person or virtual meetings. * Managing event logistics. * Conducting post-sales follow-up with clients. * Updating the CRM system with sales data. (CRM SEVENROOMS) * Participating in trade fairs, business chambers, and networking events. **What we’re looking for:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Communications, or related field. * Experience: 2–3 years in B2B sales (hospitality and/or entertainment sectors preferred). * Skills: Intermediate Excel proficiency; English and CRM experience preferred. * Personal vehicle preferred (fuel assistance provided). * Cold prospecting experience. **What we offer:** * Monthly base salary of $24,000.00 MXN (gross). * Uncapped commissions. * Statutory and enhanced benefits (Life Insurance, Grocery Vouchers, Savings Fund, Training Platform). * Work schedule: Monday–Saturday.
