If you thrive in a dynamic, innovative environment and excel at building meaningful partnerships that deliver tangible results, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities** * Develop, sustain, and elevate EPAM’s partnership with Microsoft in North America by building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and aligning with the global Microsoft team and EPAM’s multi\-cloud strategy * Design, implement, and support the North America go\-to\-market strategy for Microsoft in collaboration with Cloud SMEs and the marketing team * Partner with Business Unit leaders, sales teams, technical experts, and marketers to create actionable growth plans and fuel new pipeline opportunities * Work closely with EPAM’s solution experts to develop innovative offerings and accelerate growth at key accounts * Achieve and exceed partner program KPIs by ensuring the successful execution of joint business plans, including driving partner\-initiated and partner\-influenced revenue * Curate and spotlight success stories through customer case studies to reinforce the value of EPAM’s Microsoft partnership * Represent EPAM at Microsoft and industry\-specific events in partnership with sales and marketing teams * Manage the partner deal registration process and maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of criteria and evaluation standards for Microsoft engagements across the region * Collaborate with the North America Microsoft and global cloud teams to present annual and quarterly plans and results to EPAM’s senior leadership * Organize and lead quarterly business reviews with Microsoft partners by region **Requirements** * At least 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise technology and the partner or channel ecosystem * Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and/or alliances, with a focus on the cloud space; Microsoft\-specific experience is an advantage * At least 2 years of experience leading a team of at least 20 employees, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills * Experience participating in at least 5 full\-cycle projects or launching a product or key product capability to the market * Demonstrated expertise in a solution integration or partner\-driven sales environment, with a proven ability to drive business outcomes * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively * Strong organizational abilities, including pipeline management and process optimization * Proven relationship management skills, with a track record of building and nurturing strategic partnerships * Solid understanding of marketing strategies and business development initiatives within a technology ecosystem * Ability to work independently, demonstrating excellent time management and follow\-through on commitments * A collaborative mindset that prioritizes team success and shared goals * Eagerness to grow, adapt, and develop professionally in a fast\-paced, business\-focused environment * Cooperative, positive, and solution\-oriented approach to overcoming challenges * Advanced level of English speaking and writing communication skills
