Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to monitor operators and units, manage loading/unloading, and coordinate maintenance, ensuring daily productivity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitoring operators and units with assertive communication 2. Management of loading and unloading times 3. Tracking and coordination of maintenance en route **Experience:** Monitoring, TMS, assertive communication, and similar roles **Responsibilities:** * Report operator \- unit availability across all regions and areas of operation for trip assignment. * Manage adherence to loading and unloading timeframes. Promptly notify deviations. * Track mechanical failures en route and at client facilities, mechanical assistance, tire repair assistance for tractors or trailers, authorization of purchases / extraordinary expenses related to maintenance or other applicable items with the Maintenance Department. * Ensure and guarantee that all operators generate daily productivity. * Notify any type of stoppage imposed by authorities **Schedule:** 12-on, 12-off (working 4 days, resting 2\) **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo) * Profit sharing (Utilidades) * Social Security coverage from day one * Uniforms * Cafeteria service * Career development plans * 12 vacation days upon completion of one year Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
