**Job Description:** Supervise and ensure the proper execution of field logistics operations, guaranteeing efficiency in product distribution, delivery, and collection, as well as compliance with quality, safety, and service standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise daily field operations, verifying the correct execution of distribution, collection, and delivery routes. * Ensure operational staff (drivers and motorcycle couriers) comply with established policies, procedures, and schedules. * Monitor key performance indicators (on-time deliveries, incidents, returns, route efficiency). * Verify compliance with safety regulations, product integrity, and appropriate transportation conditions. * Ensure proper execution of driver and courier deliveries and collections. * Coordinate communication between the distribution center, delivery points, drivers, and couriers. * Conduct vehicle inspections and validate documentation (manifests, delivery proofs, GPS reports, etc.). * Resolve operational incidents on routes (delays, breakdowns, missing or damaged products). * Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve operational efficiency. * Prepare daily and weekly logistical performance and personnel control reports. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational ethics policies. **Required Profile** Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (completed or near completion). Experience: Minimum 2 years supervising logistics operations, distribution, or transportation. Experience in mass consumer goods companies or those with outsourced fleets is desirable. **Knowledge:** * Logistics processes (warehousing, transportation, distribution, returns). * Route planning and operational scheduling. * Logistics indicator control (KPI). * Proficiency with technological tools: Intermediate Excel, GPS, WMS/TMS, mobile field applications. * Safety and hygiene standards in logistics operations. * Skills and competencies: * Operational leadership and personnel management. * Conflict resolution and decision-making in the field. * Planning and control under pressure. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Results-oriented mindset and continuous improvement. * Availability for field work and constant mobility.
