Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Assistant with experience in handling wildlife and livestock species to provide technical and operational field support, zoosanitary surveillance and control, and health monitoring. Collaboration in zoosanitary surveillance and control. **JOB DESCRIPTION:** A Technical Assistant with experience in wildlife management in Hunting Production Units and in Units for the Conservation, Management, and Sustainable Use of Wildlife (UMA), as well as in livestock species management. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** 1. Completed high school education or incomplete bachelor's degree. 2. Basic knowledge of zoosanitary practices, animal handling, and support in health surveillance activities aimed at preventing and controlling veterinary-relevant ectoparasites in wildlife and livestock species. 3. Ability to provide technical and operational field support, collaborate in health monitoring activities, handle samples, implement preventive measures, and follow established protocols—contributing to animal welfare and the sustainable management of livestock and wildlife resources. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **Main Responsibilities** * Provide technical and operational support for zoosanitary surveillance and control activities. * Collaborate in implementing preventive measures for ectoparasite control in wildlife and livestock species. * Participate in the handling and restraint of wildlife and livestock species. * Support health monitoring and field data recording. * Follow management, biosecurity, and animal welfare protocols. **WHAT WE OFFER:** · $14,500 gross monthly salary. · Statutory benefits. · Contract with a probationary period determined by project duration.
