**Enhanced Profile of Draftsman / Junior Designer** We are seeking a recently graduated draftsman/designer skilled in developing **architectural drawings, construction details, and installation plans**. It is essential that the candidate be a **responsible, organized, proactive** individual with strong learning ability and a passion for design and materials. **Technical Requirements** * **Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential).** * **Intermediate to advanced level in Revit.** * Desirable knowledge of **SketchUp, 3D Max, Lumion, or similar modeling/rendering software**. * Ability to produce **component drawings, site surveys, volume calculations, and basic renders**. * Basic understanding of **drafting standards**, layers, dimensions, symbols, scales, and graphic representation. **Skills and Competencies** * Creativity and sensitivity towards **finishes, textures, and technical solutions**. * Attention to detail and ability to **interpret architectural and structural drawings**. * Capacity to **work under specific design and installation instructions**. * Positive attitude, punctuality, and good time management. * Teamwork and openness to feedback. * **Desirable:** familiarity with **materials such as WPC, PVC, porcelain tiles, and decorative claddings** (can be learned on the job). **Optional advantages** * Prior internships or projects related to **interior architecture, construction, installation, or design**. * Portfolio showcasing examples of drawings, renders, or models (even academic work). * Basic knowledge of **Excel** for material quantification and listing.
