With over 20 years of experience in the market, invites you to join its team as: **Position Title:** Draftsman **Education:** * Industrial, Mechatronics, Design or related field **Experience:** Minimum one year in design area, preferably within an automotive-related company **Responsibilities:** * Develop new product proposals focusing on functionality, aesthetics, and cost-efficiency, achieving optimal use of industrial infrastructure * Improve designs of existing products * Assist in mass production of objects according to manufacturer needs, considering resource optimization, technological advancements, and assembly processes * Determine and optimize production costs * Help standardize components * Study current trends to incorporate them into designs * Generate a production plan, requiring consideration of materials, costs, and delivery timelines * Plan tools, equipment, machinery, and general equipment * Knowledge of production materials and their performance **Competencies:** * Attention to detail * Quick problem identification and resolution * Management skills * Sketching and concept development abilities * Proficiency with tools such as: Autodesk Inventor, Autodesk, AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
