**We are currently seeking new talent!** **This is your great opportunity.** At **Interlabel**, a leading Mexican graphic arts company certified under ISO 9001 and recognized as a Socially Responsible Enterprise, we are seeking committed, passionate talent dedicated to continuous improvement to join our team as: ***DIE-CUTTING AND VARNISHING OPERATOR*** **What are we looking for?** · Completed high school education (verifiable) · Minimum 2 years of experience in Production, Printing, and Finishing activities (cutting, die-cutting, varnishing, hot stamping) within the graphic arts industry. · Experience operating measurement instruments, using specialized readers, controlling and measuring color, and interpreting electronic indicators on equipment. · Ability to interpret technical specifications in work orders (OPs) · Computer skills and proficiency with computer equipment. · Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and documentation procedures. · ISO 9001:2015 and FSSC 22000 standards **Key responsibilities:** · Perform product finishing and self-release (varnishing, laminating, holographic materials, die-cutting) according to production orders, drawings, and customer specifications. · Verify that all necessary resources for finishing are available, including properly functioning equipment. · Promptly detect and correct errors during the finishing process, minimizing waste and downtime. **We offer:** · Monthly salary of $12,200 to $14,100 (commensurate with experience) · Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. · Grocery vouchers. · Savings fund. · Performance bonus. · Work location: Iztapalapa (near Metro Calle 11\) · Schedule: Monday to Friday (12-hour rotating shifts) · Employment mode: On-site **Interested candidates are kindly requested to apply through this channel or contact Marlene Gómez via WhatsApp at (55\) 3199 4043.** Salary: $12,274\.63 \- $14,115\.83 per month Benefits: * Professional development support * Salary increases * Savings account * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
