GRUPO MODELO Leader in beer brewing, distribution, and sales in Mexico. We are seeking your talent as a "Delivery Driver". This department is the most critical part of our operations, as we are the engine of the business—simply by safely delivering our various products to the point of sale and completing each sale by collecting payment from customers. We consistently pursue profitability while meeting diverse KPIs and PIs, grounded in standardized routines applied across our activities. REQUIREMENTS: Valid driver's license (Class B or E) Experience operating vehicles (dual-clutch, converter, standard) Knowledge of the State of Mexico traffic regulations Flexible availability for work hours ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED: 1\.\- Verify inventory of products loaded onto the delivery vehicle \|prior to departing on route, ensuring full and properly stacked cargo to guarantee complete deliveries 2\.\- Inspect the delivery vehicle according to the maintenance department’s \|checklist to ensure proper functioning throughout the customer visit route, and likewise ensure cleaning of the delivery vehicle to uphold the company’s best image in the market 3\.\- Conduct customer visits according to the planned delivery route based on issued tickets, considering each customer’s specific requirements—such as store opening hours, location, and agreed-upon delivery quantities—to ensure timely and complete order fulfillment 4\.\- Review notes from the previous visit as well as the customer’s outstanding balances \|to provide them with information regarding their average purchase amounts and insights into the profitability of our products Employment type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 \- $21,000.00 per month Benefits: * Eligibility for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave Education: * Completed high school diploma (preferred) Workplace: On-site employment
