Focus on achieving goals and objectives A leading Mexican financial services company specializing in group loan disbursement and recovery is seeking: Branch Assistant Manager Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in group lending (mandatory). * Experience managing and supervising staff. * Knowledge of loan disbursement and collection strategies. * Focus on target achievement and objective-based work. Minimum Education: * Completed high school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred). Responsibilities: * Supervision and leadership of the advisor team. * Achievement of loan disbursement and recovery targets. * Implementation of business strategies. * Monitoring of performance indicators. * Support in collections and fieldwork. We Offer: * Base salary: $13,600 net per month. * Attractive monthly bonus scheme. * Statutory benefits. * Work tools Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, half-day.
