Requirements: * Minimum one year of experience in a similar position. * Civil Engineer/Architect. * Knowledge of construction processes for industrial buildings, high-rise buildings, and infrastructure. * Ability to interpret drawings and specifications (steel structure drawings) * Proficiency in NEODATA, AutoCAD, and Office software (Excel, Word) * Knowledge of unit prices and budgeting. Main Responsibilities: * Preparation of volume calculations or material quantification for steel structures. * Preparation of quotations and timely supplier communication and follow-up. * Generation of unit price matrices and development of concept catalogs. * Preparation of change orders once contracts are assigned. * Preparation of project schedules. * Preparation of technical and economic files for private and public tenders.
