Job Summary: We are seeking a Cost and Budget Assistant to analyze and quantify construction volumes, update pricing, and monitor assigned work. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare construction budgets and quantify volumes. 2. Update pricing with suppliers and track tasks. 3. Knowledge of materials, construction processes, and price analysis. ***TCM Maintenance and Construction*** ***Cost and Budget Assistant position available.*** **Main Job Functions:** Prepare construction budgets by analyzing and quantifying construction volumes. Update pricing with suppliers. Monitor and track assigned work to meet daily goals. **Areas of Experience:** Unit Price Analysis, Materials and Construction Processes, Quantification. (May include generators and/or tenders) **Skills and Knowledge:** Knowledge of materials and construction processes. Unit price analysis. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Opus. SketchUp and rendering software optional. **Requirements:** Civil Engineering or Architecture degree; minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in a similar role; age 25 or older; preferably residing in the northern part of the city. **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM with a 1-hour lunch break; Saturdays 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM; Sundays off. **We Offer:** Weekly salary of MXN 3,100 net \+ Statutory benefits.
