Position Summary: We are seeking a Cost and Budget Analyst Assistant to support the preparation, review, and control of budgets for industrial projects, particularly electrical and civil works. Job Description We are looking for a **Cost and Budget Analyst Assistant** to join our technical team. This position targets candidates with a background in engineering or architecture who are interested in developing expertise in cost analysis, budgeting, and industrial project control. The selected candidate will support budget preparation, review, and control, as well as project quantification and analysis—primarily for **electrical works and civil works in industrial facilities**. Main Responsibilities * Support in budget preparation using **NEODATA**. * Preparation and updating of **item catalogs**. * Project quantification based on drawings. * Support in unit price and productivity analysis. * Updating material and labor costs in the NEODATA database. * Review of procurement activities and validation of costs versus market prices. * Support in preparation of construction schedules. * Interpretation of architectural, civil, and electrical drawings. * Support to the cost department on electrical and civil industrial projects. Requirements **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in: * Civil Engineering * Electrical Engineering * Architecture * Currently enrolled or recently graduated. **Experience:** * Minimum **1 year as Unit Price Assistant**. * Minimum **1 year of field experience**, preferably in **industrial facilities**. **Technical Knowledge:** * Basic introduction to and operation of **NEODATA**. * Project quantification. * Drawing interpretation. * Fundamental knowledge of construction procedures. * Interest in budgeting for **electrical installations and civil works**.
