We invite you to join our great team as: **SALES PROMOTER \- SANTA FE MALL** **WE OFFER:** Direct employment with the company. Base salary: $10,000 MXN monthly gross \+ commissions Performance bonus upon achieving targets Statutory benefits (IMSS, Christmas bonus, profit-sharing, Sunday premium, holiday pay, Fonacot). Enhanced benefits (24-day Christmas bonus, 55% vacation premium, savings fund, mobile data allowance, uniforms) Work schedule: Monday to Sunday, 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with two weekdays off. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Achieving sales targets. Sales activities, customer service, and advisory support. Product arrangement at point of sale. Team collaboration. **REQUIREMENTS:** Interest in fashion. Outstanding customer service attitude. Results-oriented mindset. Strong verbal communication skills. Minimum 1 year of sales experience (apparel, footwear, jewelry, handbags, perfumery, beauty products). Employment stability.
