




Company specialized in **Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality and software development** is seeking a **Commercial Coordinator** with strategic focus, strong leadership, and proven experience in technology sales. This role will be key to driving the company's sustainable growth, strengthening relationships with key clients, and leading expansion into new markets. **Position Objective** Lead the development and execution of commercial strategies that drive company growth within the technology sector, ensuring achievement of quarterly targets through effective sales team management and generation of innovative business opportunities. **Main Responsibilities** * Define and implement commercial strategies aligned with corporate objectives. * Identify and develop business opportunities in new markets. * Lead, motivate, and evaluate the sales team using KPIs and effective sales methodologies. * Manage relationships with key accounts and national and international strategic partners. * Oversee the complete sales cycle: prospecting, closing, and after-sales. * Ensure optimal use of tools such as **HubSpot**, **Sales Navigator**, and sales automation systems. * Represent Fyware at industry events and coordinate prospecting campaigns. **Requirements** * Degree in Digital Transformation Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, or International Business Administration, or related field. * 5 to 10 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years leading sales teams. * Experience in **software or technological solutions sales**. * Advanced knowledge of **consultative sales methodologies (SPIN, neuromarketing, B2B sales)**. * Proficient in **CRM, automation tools, and Google Suite**. * Advanced English; French or German desirable. * Availability to travel and possession of a valid passport and visa. **Key Competencies** * Strategic leadership and results-oriented mindset. * Strong negotiation and communication skills. * Adaptability and commercial vision. * Ability to build and maintain solid business relationships.
