Collect statistical information on contractors per location to conduct operational analysis. Ensure compliance with target costs for assigned work fronts to contribute toward achieving the company’s goals. Carry out business model acquisition management with strategic partners through win-win relationships, implementing the Contractor Development Model tools. **Requirements:** * Civil Engineering or Architecture degree * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role * Experience managing contractors and suppliers * Experience with unit prices, costs, and estimates * Knowledge of construction processes * Basic knowledge of LFT, VAT (IVA), and IMSS * Proficiency in Office, Enkontrol, Neodata, AutoCAD * Negotiation skills * Leadership **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Excellent working environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Training programs
