Professional development in civil works or earthworks. **Full Job Description** Our assistant must ensure the **proper technical, administrative, and operational execution of assigned construction projects**, guaranteeing compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and established deadlines through efficient supervision of personnel, resources, and contractors involved in the project. **Main Responsibilities**. * Field measurements and generation of quantity take-offs. * Preparation of administrative site reports. * Collection of environmental, quality, and permit documentation, etc. * Material quantification. * Monitoring of work fronts on-site. **Job Requirements** * **Minimum Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (intern with completed internships or social service, or degree holder). * **Field of Study:** Preference for civil works or earthworks experience on-site. * **Required Experience:** Minimum 6 months. **Essential Software / Tools:** * AutoCAD **Desirable Knowledge:** * BIM methodologies. * Lean Construction methodology. **Key Competencies:** * Willingness and ability to travel is essential. * Interest in fieldwork. * Leadership and communication skills. * Adaptability. **Working Conditions** * **Work Modality:** On-site work with willingness to relocate to project sites. * **Working Hours:** Day shift, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday / Saturdays from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. * **Location:** Willingness to commute to site.
