Supervises contractors, subcontractors, and on-site personnel **GIPROCOMEX is seeking a Construction Manager in Santa Cruz Del Monte \- Naucalpan de Juárez, State of Mexico** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ***WE ARE SEEKING A CONSTRUCTION MANAGER*** **Job Objective** Plan, coordinate, supervise, and control the execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and applicable regulations, while optimizing human, technical, and financial resources. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and direct construction project execution from inception through final delivery. * Develop and monitor construction schedules, budgets, and cost estimates. * Supervise contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel. * Ensure compliance with quality standards, industrial safety, and legal regulations. * Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, procurement, finance) and external clients. * Manage scope changes, risks, and problem resolution during construction. * Review physical and financial progress, generating periodic reports for management. * Ensure efficient use of materials, equipment, and labor. * Lead and develop the on-site work team. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (degree holder). * Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction project management. * Knowledge of construction administration, budgeting, and cost control. * Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, or similar). * Familiarity with construction, safety, and environmental regulations. * Willingness to travel or reside on-site as required by the project. **We Offer:** * Competitive Salary: $35,000 to $38,000 * Statutory benefits from day one * Job stability **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree \- degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Managerial level **Departmental Function:** Construction **Industry:** Construction *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=699f8d30520000440092090a\&source\=indeed*
