Opportunity for growth at an ultra-luxury resort **Construction Assistant** – Ultra-Luxury Resort \| Belize, Central America We are looking for a **Construction Assistant** to join on-site an exclusive ultra-luxury resort in **Belize**, participating in the execution of one of the region’s most significant hotel developments. This position is ideal for construction professionals seeking to advance their careers on high-level international projects, directly supporting field supervision, progress control, and construction processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct surveys, measurements, and quantity control on site * Prepare daily progress reports with photographic evidence * Support basic supervision of construction fronts * Monitor contractors and report incidents * Maintain a logbook of progress, observations, and pending items * Verify basic technical specifications and safety standards * Assist in material control and on-site receipt * Participate in quality assurance processes and handover of completed areas **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (degree completed) * Minimum 1 year of experience in civil works or architectural finishes * Knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, Revit, Project, and construction tools (desirable) * Basic English with technical terminology (desirable) * Experience in hotels, resorts, or high-end residential projects (desirable) * **Willingness to relocate and work 100% on-site in Belize** **We Offer:** * $35,000 MXN gross monthly salary * Statutory benefits * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Flight for mobility * Accommodation included * Assistance with work permits and immigration procedures * Professional development at an international ultra-luxury resort **Location:** Fully on-site work
