Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive mark on the world! **Employee Type** Confidence-Based **Job Objective** Negotiate with suppliers for the best market prices, identify and request quotations for new pharmaceutical purchasing options to optimize the allocated budget and ensure timely supply—thereby contributing to the company’s competitiveness, improving profitability, and guaranteeing product availability for customers. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Negotiate optimal market pricing with pharmaceutical and medical supply vendors; identify new sourcing options and new products, adhering to plans, actions, and decisions established by management. * Coordinate and execute the procurement process and commercial support for bidding events to ensure correct, timely, and complete delivery of goods and services—guaranteeing competitive proposals and compliance with customer requirements. * Maintain the internal product catalog updated according to customer needs, as well as the supplier database. * Process onboarding of new suppliers and manage contracts for medical supplies and pharmaceuticals to ensure compliance with administrative procedures, secure supply of inputs, maintain transparent commercial relationships, ensure operational continuity, and meet regulatory requirements. Experience * Quotation requests, identification, and validation of pharmaceutical and medical supply vendors — 2 years * Supplier negotiation — 2 years * Experience preparing procurement management reports, performance indicators, and metrics — 1 year Knowledge * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Intermediate Excel, pivot tables and databases, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Contracting and negotiation of terms and conditions * End-to-end procurement processes: requisition, quotation, evaluation, purchase order, receipt, and payment * Legislation and regulations applicable to procurement and acquisitions, including tax and regulatory aspects specific to the sector Education Bachelor’s Degree **Complementary Profile** Experience: * Price analysis Knowledge: * ERP System (SAP) * Power BI At Grupo PiSA, we prohibit violence and discrimination, promoting equal opportunity, inclusion, and diversity.
