The ideal candidate has prior experience in outbound sales and is proficient with GoHighLevel (GHL). **Responsibilities:** * Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients * Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team * Follow call scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow * Update lead statuses, notes, and pipelines in GoHighLevel * Send follow\-ups via SMS, email, and voicemail drops using GHL * Meet daily call and appointment\-setting targets * Handle objections professionally and confidently **Requirements:** * Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting * Hands\-on experience using GoHighLevel * Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) * Comfortable working with KPIs and sales targets * Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment * Experience with CRM systems and lead management * Ability to work independently and stay organized Job Types: Full\-time, Commission Pay: $100\.00 \- $138\.00 per hour Experience: * Cold Calling: 2 years (Required) Work Location: Remote
