




Job Summary: We are seeking a CNC Programmer to join our exceptional team in Arteaga, Coahuila, working on programming, setup, and operation of CNC machinery. Key Highlights: 1. To support our exceptional team that creates outstanding products and contributes to our growth, we are seeking a CNC Programmer located in Arteaga, Coahuila. **Your Responsibilities:** Collaborate with production planning, engineering, and manufacturing to organize the daily production schedule. * Promote a culture of continuous improvement through problem-solving and process enhancement to reduce setup time, cycle time, and improve machining efficiency and quality. * Develop and guide team members to ensure production efficiency, quality, and maximize their potential. * Recognize each team member’s contributions and encourage collaborative, harmonious work, idea sharing, and positive relationships during machining tasks. * Prioritize team members’ safety and educate them on safe practices and procedures. * Provide training, guidance, and feedback to all team members, including apprentices and new employees. * Ensure finished parts are inspected and meet quality, fit, and finish standards. * Program, set up, and operate CNC and tool room machinery. * Ensure best cleaning practices are followed and all work areas are cleaned daily. * Collaborate with the TOX team to identify and implement process improvements. * Create instructions for machinists. * Review 3D CAD design drawings. * Perform calculations for programming, including materials to be cut. * Translate instructions into automated manufacturing (CAM) programs. * Verify completed programs by running simulations or tests. * Prepare geometric designs using appropriate software. * Determine the sequence of operations within a program. * Select required cutting tools. * Analyze work orders and perform necessary calculations. * Write programs and modify existing ones to increase efficiency. * Analyze and select cutting speeds and tools for programs. * Evaluate all completed designs to validate functionality and ensure successful reduction of time and cost for the company. * Monitor all programs to ensure compliance with plan instructions and safe, successful task completion. * Comply with all safety rules and regulations. **Your Capabilities:** Must possess excellent reading comprehension skills. * Strong mathematical skills, especially trigonometry. * Good active listening skills. * Must possess strong problem-solving skills. * Must possess excellent time management skills. * Must possess strong organizational and planning skills. * Must have a mechanical aptitude. * Must be highly detail-oriented. * Must be able to work effectively with little or no supervision. * Must be capable of writing and reading complex spreadsheets. * Must be capable of reading blueprints. * Knowledge of applicable safety measures for each assigned task. **Additional Information** * Associate degree in CNC programming, computer-related field, or mechanical field preferred. * Knowledge of electronics and machine tools. * Experience with programming, preferably FeatureCAM software. * Ongoing education to learn new techniques as they emerge. * Certification from an accredited technical school.
