(Proven experience in high-volume food and beverage chains is required)** Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience as KITCHEN MANAGER, KITCHEN SUPERVISOR, OR SOUS CHEF in restaurants. * Knowledge of operational indicators (sales, costs, turnover, customer satisfaction). * Ability to lead teams, train, and develop talent. * Results-oriented, attention to detail, and customer-focused. * Availability to travel between units within the same city (if applicable). * High school diploma is essential. * Technical or professional degree desirable. * Flexible availability and willingness to work rotating shifts. * Must reside in or near Texcoco. Responsibilities * Responsible for preparing dishes in any of the required kitchen areas. * Create recipe books. * Develop new dishes and drive innovation. * Supervise daily operations of one or more units. * Ensure compliance with quality, service, and cleanliness standards. * Report results and propose continuous improvements. * Work six days a week with one day off.
