




Job Summary: This role involves managing daily financial transactions, controlling cash, and assisting in the promotion of products and services for members and the general public. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial transaction management and cash control. 2. Customer guidance and referral to financial services. 3. Promotion of institutional products and services. Mobility Requirements 1\. Receive and record cash and/or check deposits for service payments, loans, investments, and savings from members, minor savers, and the general public, to ensure daily financial operations in the cash area. 2\. Disburse and record cash and/or check withdrawals related to granted loans, investments, savings accounts, and remittances for members, minor savers, and the general public, to ensure daily financial operations in the cash area. 3\. Manage the cash under one's responsibility to maintain liquidity for income and expenditure transactions of members, minor savers, and the general public. 4\. Perform cash opening and closing procedures in the institutional application to generate financial records of transactions for members, minor savers, and the general public. 5\. Guide and refer members, minor savers, and the general public to service and/or credit departments to offer financial products suitable for their needs. 6\. Participate in branch assembly activities to foster members' commitment to safeguarding the cooperative's interests. 7\. Conduct field promotion of the institution's products and services to increase membership as well as savings accounts, loan disbursements, and investments.
