POSITION OBJECTIVE: Responsible for project modeling, as well as extracting technical and construction documentation from the project. **FUNCTIONS** * Design, analyze, and technically and constructively develop architectural proposals in detail * Review and management of BIM models * Propose designs and layouts * Research and collect information to achieve objectives * Broad understanding of engineering disciplines (installations and structures) and their implications in architectural design and projects * Executive project development with interdisciplinary coordination * Development of LOD 300 modeling * Preparation of drawings according to regulations * Generation of construction documentation from the model * Creation of quantification schedules **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture * Knowledge of BIM methodology * Proven experience in executive projects * Proficiency in REVIT Autodesk (essential) and advanced skills in AutoCAD * Proven experience in the development of Executive Projects in a collaborative work environment * Age between 25 and 30 years **SOFT SKILLS** * Teamwork (important) * Planning and organization * Self-taught * Problem-solving * Adaptability to change **WE OFFER** * Job stability, professional development, and the opportunity to grow within an expanding development company with high-end residential projects. **WORK LOCATION** Western area of CDMX – Tecamachalco / Naucalpan, State of Mexico.
