




Position Summary: Experienced bar supervisor and barista responsible for ensuring beverage quality and efficiency while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the quality and efficiency of bar beverages 2. Develop innovative beverage menus 3. Supervise the preparation and quality of beverages and food Barista knowledge required; minimum 4 years in a supervisory role and at least 2 additional years of bar experience. POSITION OBJECTIVE: Ensure the quality and efficiency of all beverages prepared at the bar to deliver high-quality service to customers. * Follow established recipes and portion sizes. * Check inventory levels. * Create beverage menus with innovative recipes. * Supervise the preparation and quality of each beverage and food item. * Support and/or perform beverage service. * Ensure all bar areas and equipment remain clean, disinfected, and in good working condition. * Know all beverage ingredients and preparation times thoroughly. * Cash handling and cash reconciliation knowledge. * Conduct weekly inventory. * Sales reporting.
