Direct support in construction supervision and processes **Construction Assistant** – Ultra-Luxury Resort \| Belize, Central America We are looking for a **Construction Assistant** to join an exclusive ultra-luxury resort in **Belize**, contributing to the execution of one of the region's most significant hospitality developments. This position is ideal for construction professionals seeking growth in high-level international projects, directly supporting on-site supervision, progress control, and construction processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct site surveys, measurements, and quantity control * Prepare daily progress reports with photographic evidence * Assist in basic frontline construction supervision * Monitor contractors and report incidents * Maintain a logbook of progress, observations, and pending items * Verify basic technical specifications and safety standards * Support material control and on-site receipt * Participate in quality assurance and handover of completed areas **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (degree required) * Minimum 1 year of experience in civil works or architectural finishes * Knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, Revit, Project, and construction tools (preferred) * Basic English with technical terminology (preferred) * Experience in hotels, resorts, or high-end residential projects is desirable * **Willingness to relocate and work 100% on-site in Belize** **We Offer:** * MXN $35,000 gross monthly salary * Statutory benefits * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Relocation flight * Accommodation included * Assistance with work permits and immigration procedures * Professional development at an international ultra-luxury resort **Location:** Fully on-site work
