What we are looking for? * Recent and verifiable experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Deputy Store Manager, Floor Manager, or similar role in retail. * Experience in leadership and team management. * Monitoring and achievement of performance indicators/KPIs (sales, conversion rate, units per transaction [UPT], average transaction value [ATV], productivity, etc.). * Experience in inventory management, operational control, and visual merchandising. * A results-oriented profile with strong leadership, organizational skills, sense of urgency, and decision-making ability. * Recent employment stability, preferably within the retail sector. * Availability to work retail hours. Key responsibilities: * Lead the store team to achieve commercial targets. * Ensure excellent customer experience and proper store operations. * Monitor performance and productivity metrics. * Supervise inventory, operational processes, and visual merchandising standards. * Train, develop, and monitor team performance.
