We are a team that values empathy, organization, and effective communication to deliver an outstanding experience to every client. **Position Objective** We are looking for a communicative and empathetic professional to serve as the first point of contact for clients and prospects. Your mission will be to guide individuals through their processes, ensure scheduling flows efficiently, and support administrative and collections\-related tasks while maintaining a professional and human\-centered approach. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Customer Service:** Answer calls, emails, and messages in a professional and solution\-oriented manner, providing guidance and resolving questions clearly. * **Calendar Management:** Coordinate appointments for consultations and contract signings, sending reminders and payment links on time. * **Lead Conversion \& Follow\-Up:** Guide interested prospects through required steps and ensure timely follow\-up for each case. * **Collections Support:** Manage reminders for overdue or failed payments, professionally negotiating solutions with clients when necessary. * **Documentation \& Recordkeeping:** Log interactions and case updates in our CRM (Clio) and organize documentation in Dropbox according to company procedures. * **Case Updates:** Communicate updates related to legal processes (by verifying information through official portals) and collaborate closely with the legal team. **Ideal Candidate Profile** * **Language:** Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (**B2 level or higher**). Ability to maintain fluent conversations and write professional emails. * **Experience:** At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, collections, or virtual assistance is preferred. * **Skills:** Strong negotiation abilities, proactive attitude, and excellent attention to detail. * **Tools:** Familiarity with Google Workspace, CRM systems, and video conferencing platforms. **Remote Work Requirements** To perform successfully from day one, candidates must have: * **Personal Equipment:** A personal computer or laptop with a functional camera and microphone. * **Internet Connection:** Stable and reliable high\-speed internet. * **Workspace:** A quiet, distraction\-free environment suitable for handling calls professionally. **Compensation \& Benefits** * **Salary:** $800\.00 to $960\.00 USD per month (biweekly payments). * **Employment Type:** Independent Contractor. * **Schedule:** 100% remote position, Monday through Friday. * **Growth Opportunities:** Initial training and a professional environment that supports career development within the legal administrative field. **If you are passionate about customer service and looking for a growth opportunity in a global remote environment, we would love to hear from you.** Sueldo: $13,500\.00 \- $16,500\.00 al mes Experiencia: * Customer Service: 1 año (Obligatorio) Idioma: * English (B2 level or higher) (Obligatorio) Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
