Position Summary: We are seeking an Architect to develop executive architectural and installation projects, ensuring high-quality construction free of errors. Key Highlights: 1. Development of residential and executive architectural projects 2. Interdisciplinary coordination and quality management of BIM models 3. Proficiency in tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and knowledge of RCDF NTC standards **Position Objective:** To prepare architectural and installation designs with cross-disciplinary integration across all engineering disciplines, culminating in an executive project aimed at achieving high-quality construction without construction errors. **Requirements:** * Age: Not specified * Minimum experience: 5 years developing residential architectural projects across all phases * Academic qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. **Key Knowledge Areas:** * Architectural representation * Familiarity with the various drawing series included in an executive project * Construction procedures * Reading engineering drawings * Preparation of presentations * Use of worksets in Revit models * Organization of information within drawings **Responsibilities:** * Preparing scope-of-work lists and content for each drawing * Integrating disciplines and/or specialties involved in each project * Interdisciplinary coordination, review, and development of executive projects * Coordination and quality management of models * Preparation of architectural drawings and executive projects for residential houses and offices, including renovations and interior design * Drafting drawings using REVIT and supporting tasks in AUTOCAD * Application of advanced REVIT knowledge * Developing designs according to client needs and requirements * Preparation of architectural, executive, and As-Built drawings * Creation of moodboards and visual presentations * Interpretation and quantification derived from drawings * Development of 3D project modeling to produce executive drawings for budgeting and construction * Execution of engineering and architectural projects within areas of expertise (urban, residential, commercial, and industrial) * Field surveys and preparation of generators * Preparation of descriptive reports * Producing isometric drawings and floor plans for projects * Collaborating in the integration of concept catalogs for infrastructure projects * Preparation of presentations * Identification of errors and proposal of solutions * Researching information for implementation in projects * Providing alternatives to accelerate information generation in Revit and AutoCAD * Compiling project folders * Exporting Revit files to CAD for consultants **Knowledge:** * Project coordination for construction — Civil Engineer and/or Architect * Knowledge of engineering disciplines (industrial-commercial) * Industrial warehouse projects * Equipment and machinery layout **Skills:** * Planning and organization * Proactive, self-managed, detail-oriented * Current RCDF NTC standards proficiency * AutoCAD * 5 years of experience as a project designer * Effective communication using Revit * Renovations * Residential houses and offices * Industrial warehouses and vertical constructions * Teamwork * Rendering * Adaptability to change * Intermediate or advanced Excel * Availability and flexibility * BIM * Strong sense of urgency * Stress management Work modality: On-site. Full-time availability required. Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs. Saturdays, 9:00–13:00 hrs. Salary commensurate with experience and competencies.
