The primary objective is to ensure that each unit meets excellence standards before final handover to the client. Main Responsibilities * **Finishes Supervision:** Technical verification of painting, carpentry, glazing, flooring, and cladding details in apartments. * **Defect Management:** Preparation of anomaly reports (punch lists) and thorough follow-up until corrections are completed. * **Quality Control:** Ensuring materials and labor comply with project specifications. * **Handover Process:** Accompanying area acceptance and supporting administrative management for key handover. * **Contractor Coordination:** Direct supervision of crews responsible for final details. Requirements * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (intern or graduate). * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years of experience in construction supervision or residential finishes. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in AutoCAD, blueprint reading, and Microsoft Office suite. * **Competencies:** High sense of responsibility, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to solve problems under pressure. * **Availability:** Full-time availability to attend construction closures and scheduled handovers.
