Leads, plans and tracks all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace. Coordinates with various functions to ensure successful product development and implementation.**This role in summary** ------------------------ Accountable to develop and deliver word class equipment, tooling and technology to the RAMOS factory using WCM methodology **Your responsibilities will include** -------------------------------------- Responsibilities: * Installation of equipment, tooling and technology * Trial Production of equipment and tooling * Star\-up of equipment and tooling * Equipment Readiness \[MPPAP, EEM 7 Steps, Equipment Open Issues] * AY \& PV Build Issues * Expense / Capital Managment * Total Variable Cost Managment Obligations: * Layout * Ship Tool / Equipment * Site Prep Inspection * Installation Schedule / Audit Checks * Managment Installation Problem Solving with in Cross\-Functional Areas * Set\-up \& Debug Tool / Equipment \- T3 \- Tool / Equipment Runoffs * Process Capability Check (CPK) * Reaction Plan submition * Cycle Time Check * Process Parameter Check * Safety Review * Lessons Learned **Minimum requirements** ------------------------ EDUCATION: Manufacturing Engineering Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering SKILLS: 2\+ years of experience in the development and delivery of Controls \& Automation equipment. 2\+ years of experience in commissioning, installation, and handoff contracts for process technologies. EXPERIENCE: 2\+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience.
