Professional development **At Grupo Quokka, we are looking for talent** **AI Systems, Infrastructure, and Automation Analyst** · Schedule: Monday to Friday · Operational availability to handle incidents as required. **Job Objective** Ensure the proper functioning of the company's technological infrastructure by providing user support, administering devices, networks, software, access controls, and digital platforms; while also promoting technological enhancements, process automation, and AI tools to strengthen operations. **Requirements** Education: Technical degree, completed high school, or Bachelor’s degree in Systems, IT, Computer Science, Software Development, Networking, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. Technical support for internal users. Configuration of corporate laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. Administration of institutional email accounts (user provisioning, deactivation, access rights, and permissions). Installation, maintenance, and updating of software and operating systems. Knowledge of networks, connectivity, internet, and basic server support. Management of technology inventory and IT assets. Proficiency with technological platforms and digital tools. Experience in process automation or implementation of digital solutions. Knowledge of or interest in developing/using AI agents, assistants, or AI platforms. **Desirable** Proficiency in Office 365 / Google Workspace Knowledge of backups, access management, and basic cybersecurity Experience in automating repetitive tasks Usage of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, bots, workflow automation, etc.) Coordination with IT and telecommunications vendors **We Offer** Professional development Participation in innovation and digital transformation projects Dynamic and challenging environment Statutory benefits Interested candidates should submit an updated CV.
