Credit and collections management, invoicing, and customer relationship management Position Administrative Assistant (Maternity Leave Coverage) Job Description We are looking for talent with experience in administrative processes, credit and collections. *Key Requirements and Knowledge* Credit and collections Invoicing and CFDI issuance Customer onboarding and management Payment complement issuance Customer portal management Monitoring and recovery of overdue accounts receivable Financial administration Petty cash handling and reimbursements Expense and travel allowance tracking and control Preparation of work reports Check preparation for payments *Administrative Tools:* Proficiency in Excel and Word for information control and reporting *Main Responsibilities* Issue invoices and follow up on collections processes Analyze and validate financial and administrative information Manage petty cash, expenses, and travel allowances Handle banking operations and reconciliations, bank deposits, and invoice reviews with clients.
