We are looking for a Junior PMO Leader / Agile Project Manager with experience in agile methodologies, operational tracking, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams. ### **Project Management (Delivery)** * Track technology projects from planning through closure. * Coordinate development, QA, support, and business teams. * Manage backlog, priorities, tasks, and delivery milestones. * Facilitate agile ceremonies: * Daily meetings * Sprint Planning * Sprint Review * Retrospectives * Monitor progress, risks, and goal achievement. * Act as the liaison between technical teams and stakeholders. ### **Process Management (PMO / Governance)** * Support documentation and standardization of internal processes. * Track methodologies and workflows. * Participate in implementing PMO best practices. * Generate executive reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking. * Identify improvement areas and support operational optimization. * Ensure proper use of management and collaboration tools. ### **Mandatory Experience** * 2–4 years in project management and tracking. * Experience in technology or digital environments. * Coordination of multidisciplinary teams. * Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban). * Backlog, user story, and sprint management. * Precise tracking of tasks, timelines, and priorities. * Basic experience in process improvement or operational efficiency. ### **Tools and Technical Knowledge** * Jira (mandatory) * Azure DevOps, Asana, Monday, or Trello * Scrum Framework / Agile Project Management * KPIs and indicator tracking * BPMN or process diagramming * Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro * Slack * Git * Project planning and control ### **Education** * Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. ### **Requirements** * Advanced English. * Excellent organization and tracking skills. * Effective communication and collaborative orientation. * Ability to work in dynamic environments. **Additional Qualifications That Will Set You Apart** ------------------------------ * Scrum Master, PMP, or ITIL certification (desirable). * Experience in PMO or project governance. * Participation in digital or technology projects. * Experience creating dashboards or operational metrics. **We Offer** ------------- * Salary: $14,000 net monthly. * Professional development in technology projects. * Continuous exposure to agile methodologies and best practices. * Dynamic, collaborative, and innovation-oriented environment. * Opportunity for professional growth within the PMO area. **Ideal Profile** ---------------- We seek an organized, analytical, and tracking-oriented individual, interested in building structure, optimizing processes, and coordinating technology projects using agile methodologies.
