Collaborate with technical leaders to define requirements We are looking for an IT Recruiter with experience in the technology ecosystem to identify, attract, and evaluate top-tier talent. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering, data, and infrastructure roles, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates and an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. **Key Responsibilities** * **Role Profiling:** Collaborate with technical leaders to define requirements, technology stacks, and evaluation criteria. * **Strategic Sourcing:** Identify passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and specialized technical communities. * **Initial Technical Screening:** Conduct first-round interviews to validate experience in programming languages (Python, Java, Go), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and methodologies (Agile, DevOps). * **Pipeline Management:** Coordinate interview schedules for technical interviews, coding assessments, and final decision panels. * **Market Analysis:** Provide reports on salary trends and talent availability in specific niches. **Candidate Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years exclusively recruiting IT roles (Software Engineers, Data Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Architects). * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid understanding of software architectures, SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), databases, and cloud services. * **Tools:** Expert proficiency in ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and advanced sourcing tools (Boolean search strings). * **Languages:** English (B2). **Competencies (Soft Skills)** * **Assertive Communication:** Ability to translate technical needs into compelling talent attraction language. * **Organization:** Efficient management of multiple simultaneous openings with varying priority levels.
