Your Responsibilities: * Lead and develop technical teams (5–8 developers), including mentoring and code reviews. * Design scalable architectures: microservices, APIs, system integrations. * Make strategic technology decisions and create ADRs and key documentation. * Ensure quality standards, testing, best practices, and technical debt management. * Participate in development of critical components (30–40% hands-on). * Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and multiple stakeholders. * Drive adoption of modern technologies, agile practices, and AI-powered tools.
