




**General Responsibilities:** * Verify that civil construction of toll booths complies with drawings, technical specifications, and applicable standards. * Supervise installation of electrical, hydraulic, ventilation, and finishing systems. * Coordinate functional testing of doors, windows, emergency systems, and basic services. * Supervise installation of electronic toll collection equipment, video surveillance (CCTV) systems, access control, communication, and network systems. * Verify proper integration of software, TAG antennas, ALPR cameras, and axle or weight sensors. * Ensure that toll booth construction and installation comply with current regulations (technical standards, safety regulations, accessibility requirements, etc.). * Verify that the contractor adheres to contractual timelines and specifications. * Coordinate technicians responsible for system installation and testing. * Verify that personnel use personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with safety protocols. * Conduct quality inspections of civil works and electromechanical systems. * Review functional test results and prepare quality reports. * Identify and track failures or deficiencies. * Supervise calibration and toll collection testing (manual and electronic). * Validate system functionality prior to handover. * Coordinate operational simulations and comprehensive tests. * Prepare technical progress, incident, and compliance reports. * Maintain activity logs and deliverables related to toll booths. * Coordinate with technology suppliers, contractors, regulatory agencies, and the toll operation team. * Support handover-reception of toll booths to the operating entity. * Supervise that toll booth works are carried out under safe conditions for workers and road users. * Verify road signage during work in areas adjacent to toll booths. **Requirements:** * Licensed Civil Engineer / Architect; Experience in Land Transport Infrastructure and Construction of High-Specification Highways Experience: 10 years in construction and supervision of toll booth buildings and installations (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.), familiarity with SICT regulations, and possession of a valid driver’s license.
