Job Summary: We are seeking a Structural Detailer to develop fabrication and shop drawings using Tekla Structures, collaborate on design and construction, and resolve technical challenges. Develop complete fabrication and shop drawings using Tekla Structures to support the full manufacturing process of steel components. We are seeking: STRUCTURAL DETAILER How Would You Support Our Growth? * Collaborate and communicate effectively with architects, mechanical and electrical consultants, contractors, and other design professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated project delivery * Monitor and control schedules, proactively identify risks, and implement corrective actions to deliver projects on time * Track fabrication progress, procurement milestones, and erection activities using the Power Fab project management software * Apply creative and innovative problem-solving approaches to overcome technical and logistical challenges throughout design and construction phases * Prepare and present project status reports, technical documentation, and engineering deliverables to internal teams and clients These activities impact: * Structural risk. * Cost per ton * Regulatory compliance. * Engineering speed. **Job Responsibilities:** · Translate the analytical model into a constructible model. · Design actual connections—not generic ones. · Generate shop drawings ready for fabrication. · Create and monitor project schedules · Issue fabrication drawings · Supervise field construction progress per drawings and specifications · Erection planning. **JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:** * 5–8 years of structural steel design experience * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Structural or Civil Engineering * Practical experience with TEKLA STRUCTURES for producing detailed fabrication and erection drawings * Operational knowledge of TEKLA POWERFAB or similar fabrication project management software for production tracking, inventory control, transportation, and project milestones * Strong knowledge and ability to apply industry codes and standards—including the International Building Code (IBC), AISC Steel Construction Manual, and AWS welding standards * Experience managing projects across multiple phases—including design, fabrication, transportation, and field erection * Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proven track record of on-time project delivery * Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with passion for innovation in structural design and construction methodologies **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:** * ·Tekla Structures * ·Tekla Power Fab * ·Metallic structure design **BENEFITS:** * Salary range: $24,000–$27,000 monthly (based on experience) * Statutory Benefits: * IMSS coverage from day one * Vacation: 12 days, increasing annually per statutory requirements * Vacation bonus: 25% * Year-end bonus: 15 days * Uniforms * Integrated gasoline vouchers * Integrated grocery vouchers * Major medical expense insurance * Annual productivity bonus paid yearly * Seniority bonus. * Excellent work environment * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Opportunities for professional growth and development * GARCIA N.L. , TERRA PARK PLANT GARCIA Salary: $24,000.00–$27,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical expense insurance * Free uniforms Application Question(s): * What is your current employment status?
