




Job Summary: Civil engineer or architect to direct, supervise, and manage the execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with drawings, regulations, schedules, and budgets. Control of personnel, materials, safety, and hygiene on site. **Description:** Licensed civil engineer or architect with technical construction experience, responsible for directing, supervising, and managing project execution. Ensures compliance with drawings, technical regulations, schedules, and budgets, while controlling personnel, materials, safety, and hygiene. **Education:** Civil Engineer or Architect with at least 5 years of experience in civil works execution, finishes (flooring), and waterproofing—preferably a minimum of 2 years. **Technical Knowledge:** Advanced interpretation of finish drawings; control of construction processes; building regulations (safety and hygiene); and software proficiency (AutoCAD mandatory; MS Project at basic–intermediate level; Excel at intermediate level). Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint). **Responsibilities:** Work Execution (supervising work performed by assigned personnel). Administration: Management of site logbook; preparation of progress reports; material usage reports per area with actual yields; photographic reports; preparation of volume generators for completed works; control of cumulative work volumes. Site Control: Supervision of labor and material quality, ensuring adherence to the work schedule. Coordination: Coordination of subcontractors and/or in-house personnel. Verification that contracted work is carried out according to technical specifications. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. **Statutory Benefits** Salary: $20,000.00 – $26,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
