




Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Project Architect to lead design, drawing development, and regulatory compliance for residential and hospitality projects. Key Highlights: 1. A leading real estate group specializing in residential and hospitality development invites you to join us as a **Senior Project Architect**. **Job Objective** * Lead design, drawing development for executive projects, and regulatory compliance. **Requirements** * Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (**Title and Professional License required**) * Experience: **Minimum 6 years** working on **residential complexes and horizontal housing projects**. * Proven experience across all project phases: conceptual design, architectural design, executive design, engineering and structural coordination. * Proven experience in preparing master plan drawings, urbanization and infrastructure plans, site layout drawings, and land subdivision plans (area tables and indivisibility schedules). * Development of drawings for permits and licenses (government liaison). * **Willingness to travel** to Toluca one day per week. **Software:** * AutoCAD 90% (external reference management), SketchUp, Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Microsoft Office Suite **Regulations:** * Solid knowledge of construction regulations and permitting procedures in the State of Mexico (Urban Development, CFE, OPDAPAS). **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and develop conceptual, architectural, and executive proposals. * Draft technical drawings, presentations, diagrams, bulletins, etc. * Review executive project documentation in accordance with internal regulations. * Track drawing revisions based on construction changes and recommendations. * Strategic coordination with the “Construction” department. * Knowledge of construction regulations and minimum habitable area requirements. * Familiarity with State of Mexico regulations (land use zoning). * Coordinate architectural projects with structural, mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure disciplines. * Monitor information from suppliers and external consultants. * Coordinate with the Sales department (development of sales and handover documentation). * Draft internal regulations for residential developments. * Monthly filing of activity schedule and progress reports. * Prepare technical specifications for finishes and accessories. **Skills:** * Autonomy and strong problem-solving ability. * Focused, proactive, and responsible. * Excellent attitude and ability to work collaboratively. * Creativity and analytical thinking. * Communication skills. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience: MXN $20,000.00 – $25,000.00 net monthly. * Direct employment contract with the company. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Job stability and professional growth within a company with over a decade of experience. **INTERESTED CANDIDATES: PLEASE SUBMIT CV AND PORTFOLIO** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * PLEASE ATTACH YOUR WORK PORTFOLIO TO THIS SAME APPLICATION Experience: * Residential and hospitality projects: 6 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
