Job Description: **Job Description:** We are looking for a responsible, organized, and leadership-capable **Resident Architect** to supervise and coordinate on-site execution of architectural projects. The selected candidate will serve as the direct liaison between project management, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring construction proceeds in compliance with drawings, specifications, schedules, and established quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct daily supervision of on-site activities, ensuring compliance with drawings and technical specifications. * Coordinate on-site personnel, contractors, and subcontractors. * Verify progress against schedule and report status to project management. * Manage material resources and control on-site inventory. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations. * Resolve technical and operational issues during execution. * Prepare construction reports and minutes of coordination meetings. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture (degree and professional license). * Minimum 3 years of experience in construction supervision and coordination. * Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction management software (preferred). * Leadership skills, teamwork ability, and effective communication. * Availability for full-time on-site work. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunity for professional development in high-level projects. * Excellent working environment.
