Construction \- Real Estate \- Architecture Architect 2 hours ago 2 Years of Experience ### **Description** **Objective** Generate photorealistic visual representations of architectural and interior design projects through 3D modeling, rendering, and digital post-production to clearly, attractively, and accurately communicate the firm’s proposals to clients. **Responsibilities:** * Produce photorealistic architectural and interior renders meeting project requirements. * Model spaces, furniture, and details in 3D according to drawings and technical specifications. * Generate virtual walkthroughs or digital animations when required. * Prepare high-quality images for client presentations. * Consult and coordinate with the project team to correctly interpret drawings and concepts. * Integrate materials, lighting, textures, and finishes defined by the design department. * Perform visual adjustments based on feedback from the Studio Director and clients. * Maintain an updated library of digital materials, textures, and furniture. * Propose new tools or techniques to enhance the visual quality of projects. * Maintain communication with external rendering artists to verify information and render production. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Digital Animation, Visual Arts, or related field. * Experience in architecture firms. * Experience in AAA residential projects. * Experience producing architectural or interior design renderings. * Knowledge of materials, lighting, and environmental design. * Modeling and rendering software (3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion). * Proficiency in D5 rendering system
