Collaboration with engineering teams Grupo Guerrero Contreras, an industry-leading construction company, is seeking a **PROJECT ARCHITECT**: Project design, drafting, and modeling (2D/3D) using AutoCAD **Main Responsibilities:** * **Shop Drawing Preparation:** Interpretation of structural drawings to prepare shop drawings (3D mold modeling in AutoCAD and deliverable 2D drawings in AutoCAD) * **Concept Catalog Preparation:** Quantification of materials and identification of tasks required for the project, to develop the concept catalog. * **Executive Project Documentation:** Preparation and integration of necessary technical documents, drawings, specifications, reports, and budgets for proper construction execution. * **AS-BUILT Document and Drawing Preparation:** Preparation and integration of all final technical documents accurately reflecting the actual constructed project, including all field modifications, adjustments, and changes made relative to the original design. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure projects comply with current technical and construction regulations. * **Coordination:** Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate various project disciplines. * **Field Surveying:** Conduct on-site surveys. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Licensed Architect (degree holder with Professional License) * **Software:** Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, both 2D and 3D. * **Skills:** High concentration ability, attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management. **Additional Competencies:** * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Initiative to improve drawings and processes. **Age:** 28 to 35 years Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
